 Terms of Business

1. Our Boards are made from a 18 mm Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC) material with a of 0.4mm or 2mm edging of our choice, unless specified by the customer. 
2. Boards are made to order from measurements supplied and therefore we cannot accept returns, make refunds or accept  cancellations unless an error has been made on our part.
3. We will have goods shipped as soon as possible but is subject to availability of materials and transportation.
4. Please take note of the wood grain direction. Unless requested differently, the grain will be up / down. 
5. MFC boards are intended for indoor use and not designed for any "wet areas"
6. MFC moisture resistant (MR) can be requested as an upgrade and priced accordingly.   
7. We will make every effort to achieve 100% accurate sizes. We will only accept returns for discrepancies of +/-5mm.
8. If we make an error and you want a replacement or make a return, this must be within 14 days of the purchase.
9. Before making a return request, please call our office for a "returns number" and please ensure that you wrap the goods for return in suitable packaging to avoid damage. Upon receipt, we will dispatch a replacement item as soon as possible..
10. We cannot accept return items without an official returns number supplied by our office.
11. We confirm all orders with you and therefore ask you to supply full contact email and telephone contact details. 
12. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for whatever reason we feel necessary without any charges to you.
